Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are final sale and are non-refundable.
Returns
Egypt Shine accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
you must email us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
After contacting us, you have an additional 7 days to return the item.
The returned package must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date.
Please note that standard return shipping may take up to 7 working days unless sent via express or special delivery.

The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
For your protection, we strongly recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the full value of the item.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn.
