Made-to-Order Items
All made-to-order items are final sale and are non-refundable.
Returns
Egypt Shine accepts returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must email us within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
- After contacting us, you have an additional 7 days to send the item back.
- The returned package must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date.
- Please note that standard shipping may take up to 7 working days unless sent via express or special delivery.
Important Information
- The item remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
- For your protection, we recommend using a delivery service that insures the full value of the goods.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We do not accept returns for non-faulty items that have been worn.

If you receive an item without its original seal intact and wish to return it, you must notify us on the same day of delivery by contacting:
